Named after the famous spice merchant who once owned this historic building, Barbazan restaurant offers a creative, international menu that utilises fresh ingredients for healthy, satisfying meals. The restaurant also specialises in pairing the perfect wine with each dish, providing a unique culinary experience. The wine list is carefully selected and offers wines of the New World, including Spanish, Italian and classic French vintages. Guests can hand pick the perfect wine from the restaurant's walk-in, glass cellar, which houses more than 1,000 bottles at the ideal temperature and humidity.
